Sprinkles
STEP 1: Mix ingredients for the cookies, adding water/milk as needed to form a thick pancake-consistency batter.
STEP 2: Two options: either bake them in a non-stick whoopee pie baking tray until just baked through, or microwave (2 minutes) one at a time in a small dish with raised edges.
STEP 3: Place the ingredients for the frosting in a large bowl and with an electric mixer, beat until stiff peaks form while slowly adding water as needed.
STEP 4: Spread on top of the cookies. Add sprinkles.
STEP 5: Place the frosted cookies in the freezer for about 10 to 20 minutes before serving.
