1/2 cup asparagus cut 4 inches long
2 cups vegetable stock
Chives, 1 bunch
1 1/4 tsp. Cape Crystal agar agar
Salt to taste
Sour cream
STEP 1: Boil asparagus in water until it becomes tender. Then set aside.
STEP 2: Mix the vegetable stock with the agar agar and boil until it melts.
STEP 3: Strain the liquid and add salt. Mix gently.
