1 tbs. Cape Crystal guar gum
5 garlic cloves
2 tbs. butter
4 lemons
1 tbs. salt

STEP 1: Take 1 pound of salmon fillet and cut it into your desired size and shape.
STEP 2: Arrange salmon fillets on a lightly greased sheet pan. Add peppercorns.
